二．Structure,function and characteristics:
1. It adopts suspending arm structure, main body and electric units coordinate and connect, and has a good appearance.
2. It adopts Fuji alternating servo speed regulating system to control high precision and high frequency alternating servo electrical machine and drive imported precision planetary type low noise speed reducer and drive precision ball screw shaft, realizing speed regulation in a large scale and test process is smooth and efficient.
3. It realizes the test of tension,compression,bending,peeling off of aluminium products,paper,PVC,metallic bowsprit,tube and pipe with flexible and complete accessories.
4. It adopts brand computer to realize setting of test parameter and control of test process,data acquisition,processing,analysis and display(test data includes: upper and lower yield point,tensile strength,breaking strength,modulus of elasticity,elongation of every point, δ0.2,etc.)with precision control and meaurement.
5. It is equipped with appropriative software of electrical universal testing machine of Windows98/XP/ME system and measure property and parameter of materials according to national standard and users` requirements and process test data,then print out test curve and report.it also has the function of magnification,comparison, traverse,very intelligent and convinent.
6. It can regulate the lifting speed of beam when the specimen is clamped and operates flexibly and can switch arbitrarily.
7. It can automatically return to the initial position after the test,very efficient and quick.
